4-11-1’lik bir galibiyet serisiyle birlikte 2020 regular-season‘unu kapatmış olan Philadelphia Eagles, 13 Mart 2019 tarihinde ikinci kez kadroya katılmış ve bu zamana dek kadroda forma giymiş olan tecrübeli Wide Receiver oyuncusu DeSean Jackson’ı serbest bıraktı.

Genç oyuncu 2008 NFL Draft‘ında Philadelphia Eagles tarafından seçilmiş ve 2013 sezonunun sonuna kadar Eagles adına forma giymişti.
